How do I participate in TEAM auctions?

To participate in auctions you must register with teamauctionsales.com. All bidder registration applications will be processed within three working days and you will be notified of your registration status upon completion of application processing.

If you are not requesting bidding privileges, then registration applications will be processed immediately and you will be given instant access to the entire site.

Is registration free?

Yes, and there is no obligation associated with registering.

How do I register?

Registration is easy. Simply fill out our online form and submit it. If you wish to participate as a bidder you will be required to provide additional information. After you have submitted your information you will be contacted by TEAM when your account has been activated. Click here if you are ready to register.

I've already registered. How do I log on?

If you've already registered and you have been notified that your account is active, just click the Log In link at the top of the page. You can also log in from the front page of the site.

Having trouble logging in?

If you're having difficulty logging in, double check that the username and password you are using are correct. If you are still experiencing difficulty logging in, contact TEAM.

I've forgotten my password.

If you have forgotten your password the TEAM system can provide you with a temporary one. Once you submit your username your temporary password will be emailed to the address you provided when you registered. You can then change your temporary password when you log in by going to the Profile link on the top of the page. Get your temporary password here.

Why do I see a Java Plug-in 1.3 Security Warning when I try to access the Demo or Auction Arena screens?

You will only see this message if the most current Java Plug-in is not installed on your computer. In order to participate in TEAM auctions or to view the TEAM Demo, you must install this software.

What are the System Requirements?

We recommend you use the latest version of Internet Explorer while visiting teamauctionsales.com. If you wish to participate in a sale you will also need version 1.3.1 or greater of the Java Plug-in, which can be downloaded for free. If you wish to participate in a video sale you will also need version 10.3 or greater of Adobe Flash Player, which can be downloaded for free.

The TEAM Auction Arena may not work properly if you have software installed with a pop-up/ad blocker enabled (i.e. Google Toolbar, MSN Toolbar or Norton Internet Security). We recommend disabling these tools while viewing any TEAM Auction.

What is the difference between a “bidder” and an “observer”?

A bidder is a teamauctionsales.com user that has registered to bid on cattle in our TEAM auctions. A bidder must provide financial information and a credit check will be conducted before any bidder will be approved.

An observer is a teamauctionsales.com user that can enter a sale arena and watch TEAM auctions. An observer does not have the ability to bid on cattle, but most users requesting observer status when registering will be approved without any kind of background check.
