| General Comments: | This is the middle cut of Leon's home-raised steers. Leon generally tries to put F1 brockle cows back in his herd and all these steers will have the length and the look of crossbreds. There is lots of hair on these boys and other than a handful of easy keepers they are pretty green for the most part. I think that these steers are light enough fleshed to go to grass and/or will really perform at the bunk! Check out the pics and video & note the light end will come off. |
