| General Comments: | These are the first cut and the heaviest end of the 9 Bar Ranch steers. All home-raised and all VBP+. All these steers are on the lighter side of medium flesh. Steers were weight sorted December 6th and have been limit fed to 20 lbs DMI and 2.25-2.50 lbs/day gain. Sample catch weight was taken February 4th. These steers are ready for full feed and have a reputation to yield and grade. Final count +/- after sort - will be two full loads! |
