| General Comments: | This is a great sort of the middle cut of the 9X steers! Locally sourced and home-raised cattle, together since the fall. Check out the pics, they were taken full in the afternoon and these boys with the hay fed bellies will have some capacity to eat silage when they hit the bunk! Or they are light enough flesh they could still go to grass. It would be hard to find them sorted like this in loads like this this time of year! |
