| General Comments: | Home-raised 9X steers mixed with some quality locally sourced Black Angus based steers. This is 2 full loads of the heavy end. They have that dry fed look with lots of capacity to eat and very light fleshed for the weight. Lots of frame here and lots of easy pounds for the next feed bunk that these boys will see. There are probably 10 bigger steers in this sort, very even otherwise. Allow for a few tipped ears from last years' home-raised calves. |
