| General Comments: | A well-put-together group of professionally purchased Simm-Angus influence bred heifers! Good-framed, practical heifers that will fit most programs and work well in any operation. These heifers have been on grass all summer and will come home and go behind the feed wagon for approximately a month prior to delivery (they'll be in nice condition). They will be preg-checked within 2 weeks of delivery and a vet certificate will accompany the cattle. Bred to low-birth-weight Blacklock Angus bulls (19 of them!), bulls were turned out July 23rd, so heifers are set to start May 1st (and with 19 bulls most should have caught in the first cycle for May calving). Anything late will be pulled at preg-check and we are starting with 380 heifers! This is the first and top sort of 150 out of the group of 380. We are offering them in 3 gate-run loads of 50. Buyer can take 1, 2 or all 3 loads. Heifers can stay at Burnt Out Creek Ranch until just before calving time at a competitive rate. A great set of May/June calving bred heifers that you can buy with confidence! |
