| General Comments: | Middle to older aged Simmental X cows with April/May Simmental sired calves at side. Half could stay in the herd for a few years and half will be good big salvage cows this fall. There are 7 younger calves not processed (they are banded & AD&E @ birth) and 5 cows with a slight limp (sand cracks/long toe) but all are in good condition and keeping up. The calves are off to a healthy start and tagged to match there mothers. This is a good group of mid/older aged cows that will raise a big calf! Have a good look & don't pass 'em up! |
