| General Comments: | The home-raised Resch Ranch heifers are here! No replacements kept! These are the best of the red and red cross heifers raised on the ranch this year! We are very picky here with over 1,000 calves born on the ranch last year... this is a great sort! These heifers are light fleshed with no grain in their ration, and they are off bulls chosen for performance and eye appeal with length, big hips and pretty heads being a prerequisite. These girls generally grow up to be well over 1,200 lbs in the fall. The Resch Family tries to buy moderate cows with lots of chrome and breeds them back to Angus sires with big numbers!
