| General Comments: | This is the sorted middle cut of home-raised Torkelson steers! We have 100 of these steers in the pen, so a little better then 20 head come off the cattle in the video. They will be a nice even set of lighter-fleshed and very even Angus sired steers that would work to go to a grass program. The maternal herd these steers come off of have a good percentage of black baldie and black brockle face cows and these steers will look and preform like crossbreds!
