Rhett Desmet is a first-year 4-H member who is proud to be showing his
steer, Bill-a Red Angus Simmental cross. As a newcomer to the program, Rhett has embraced the opportunity to learn more about the cattle industry and the responsibilities that come with raising and caring for livestock.
Working with Bill has taught Rhett valuable lessons about dedication, patience, and the importance of daily routines. He enjoys spending time in the barn, whether it's feeding, grooming, or walking his calf, and he takes pride in the progress they've made together. Rhett is excited to be part of the 4-H community and looks forward to continuing his journey in agriculture, building both knowledge and character through hard work and hands-on experience.
