| General Comments: | Good, lighter-fleshed, clean, large-framed exotic crossbreds with muscle, bone & hair! These guys will get big, and get there fast, will be high yielding, and have high cutability carcasses! By 38% Charolais, 19% Simmental, 17% Gelbvieh, 15% Hereford, & 10% Shorthorn bulls out of SM x GV x SH cows. Top sort of 126 mostly June & July born steers individually weighed Apr 21st.
