| General Comments: | An amazing opportunity that wouldn’t be happening if there wasn’t a severe drought. In 2020 we purchased two herd sires and a group of replacement females from Edie Creek Angus, building a herd of fertile cows that are highly maternal, low maintenance, fleshy, easy calvers. Over 80% calved in the 1st 30 days this year! This group includes 1st, 2nd and 3rd year calvers. They are excellent mothers, quiet, and respect single strand electric fences with daily rotational grazing. Calves born March 15th to end of May, weighing 250-450 lbs.
